that was awesome. granted, i didn't get to see all that i wanted to cause i was hanging around in dark halls for most of it, but what i did get to see was amazing!

the Sidewalk Prophets honestly were the biggest surprise for me. i did NOT expect them to rock as hard as they did. loved it! the Newsboys sounded great with Tait on lead vocals, and really enjoyed hearing him do an old school medley of past Newsboys hits. Fireflight filled the arena with their rock music and impressed me with their new single For Those Who Wait, and what i did get to hear of Third Day was like going back to that favorite childhood restaraunt and ordering your usual...it just 'felt' right.

now that WinterJam has come and gone, JFest will be the next big thing for us concert-wise at J103. one of the bands we're trying to get is one of my all time favorites too! not Jars of Clay (i wish!), but one of my other favorites. i'm definitely looking forward to it!
