Life Changes

As the Sands of the Hourglass.....so are the Days of our Lives......goes the popular theme to the old soap opera.

It is true though-nothing we can do can stop or even slow down our lives. Each second signifies one less second in our life. With life comes changes.

My family is facing one of those life changes-Now don't get worried, I'm not going anywhere, no one is sick or in trouble. We just have an opportunity we are dealing with. I will share at a later date.

For some-the change we are facing can bring nervous sleepless nights or lots of worry, but I thank God for the peace He has given me. I can't explain it....I guess that is why the hymn writer describes it as "The Peace that Passes all Understanding."

Oh, one more thing about the sands of the hourglass-God knows and cares about each grain/moment of my life and I am in His hands.
