Esprit de corps: the common spirit existing in the members of a group and inspiring enthusiasm, devotion, and strong regard for the honor of the group.

While in high school I was facinated with Drum and Bugle Corps! I really was mesmirized by the finally honed razor sharp precision of the snare drums and tenors as their sticks would only penetrate the atmophere a certain hight. The sound of the sticks hitting the drum heads created a aural desire only a percussionist could love.

And I beleive that is what we have here at J-103. Everyone has a passion they follow to make J-103 the best radio station in the TN valley. Whether it is Brett with his absolute love for anything on the web or Ted with a real savor for getting us the best concerts in the planet we all strive to make our vocation a vacation!
