Thoughts while pedaling...too afraid


I've been trying to lose weight since the beginning of the year and for the last six months every two weeks I would step on the scale and So I changed the diet even eating spinach
shakes twice a twice a week...oatmeal everyday with blueberries...biking twice a week...running three times a week... and working out with weights... that is a lot of of time and you would think that with this regimen that I have dedicated my life to you would think that i would be anticipating stepping on the I did... and still the same...I will not be stepping on the scale again...
