World at 153 and Lee hwy... all veggies and protein and thats it...
... and it has paid off... as the weekly updates continue last week
I was 156 and now down to 153 -- Body fat 10.5
percent... In the last stages of phase
two...which means in 3 days I can have my steel cut oats
back!
