Wow, time sure flew by.....I can't believe it has been a few weeks since I have updated the old blog....
JFEST was incredible! God blessed us with the largest confirmed crowd ever! Close to 9,000 people gathered June 1st to worship and celebrate all that God is doing in our lives. The fireworks were awesome but the hundreds that made decisions for Christ is where the real excitement is!
Our outreach at Riverbend continues this week. We are down at the City's largest gathering every night sharing God's love in a practical way. Pray for the J103 staff as we do this-right after JFEST we are pretty tired! But it is so cool to be in the center of God's will! There is no safer place.
Speaking of safer place-please pray for our summer intern from Shorter College Haylee. She and some of her friends from church are right now in Hondurous on a mission trip. I really miss her....she updates the morning show page for me! LOL!
