We recently found out our knockout rose bushes (all 12 of them) have Rosette-a disease that if you don't cut out all of the affected areas it can spread and kill the entire bush.
So with clippers in hand (and without gloves) I gave our bushes a real good haircut! Really trimmed them good.
A number of times while reaching in to clip off an affected branch I would get stuck! As soon as that would happen I would try to make sure I had the thorn out of my hand.
This morning I woke up with quite the sore hand-but is it just sore because of the injury or because I still have a little thorn that I can't see?
Ouch!
