I am the captain of our Worship Pastor Search Team at church. We are what we feel really close to calling the man of God to lead our church family in worship.
The bylaws of our church states that our team of 5 must be unanamous in our selection of a candidate.
As we came to a vote last night after 7 months only one member has reservations and needs a little more time.
I totally understand......but it is taking a lot of patience on my part.
We want God's will to be done-which means He will speak to all of us and give all of us a peace of mind!
