Yesterday, I sat for most of the day and waited. I waited on the results of my mother-in-law's surgery. Alright, JFest has celebrated 11 years of music and ministry. Last year for the first time we moved this incredible festival, that has seen hundreds of people give their lives to the Lord, to Abba's House due to the economy and the cost saving/risk eliminating(rain) measures....

This afternoon my daughter, Lauren, will lace up her running shoes and run in the city cross country championship at Baylor High School. As a senior, this is her 7th year to run at that beautiful school. Many years she has run multiple races there....

Yesterday afternoon I had to take one of our dogs back to the veternarian to have some post-operative stiches removed. The last time I was in that office was not a happy one. One of the saddest days of my life was when I had to take our ailing Beagle "Mandy" to be put to sleep....

I have been with J103 for almost every one of the Share-a-thons. This one seemed to have a really fresh presence of the Holy Spirit. It was evident in the testimonies, in the callers pledges and in the sacrifice of our volunteers that God was definately in control, on His throne and providing for His ministry....
