This morning we talked about Christina Verrelli's Pillsbury Bake-Off award winning recipe. She created a Pumpkin Ravioli with Salted Caramel Whipped Cream from Pillsbury Crescent dough sheets, canned pumpkin and cream cheese. Sounds delicious!

God has blessed us with a tax return! With that we were able to save a little, pay off some debt and finally replace the tires on my Durango. The tires came with the used Durango I purchased about 2 years ago. They were pretty thin when I got it, and not being able to afford 5 new tires (it didn't have a spare either), caused a little bit of stress in my life (more so in my wife-she worries about me)....

The weather has been so up and down. Seasonably warm for this time of year for sure. I am amazed though at how cold it feels some mornings, when realistically it may still be 10-20 degrees warmer than normal.
When I get up in the morning, feed Oakley the dog outside and then make my way to the radio station (4-5am) sometimes it is warmer than it is when I get off the air and out of the studio (10am.)

The week before Christmas I was involved in a 2 car accident involving a Chattanooga Police Car. I never saw him coming and pulled out of the Mount Vernon Restaurant on Broad Street, and the officer, responding to another accident, slid into me-almost totalling my car and doing $4,000 in damage to the police cruiser....
