so Switchfoot was in town this past Friday night and rocked Chattanooga effeciently. i got the chance to meet with them just for a little bit and tell them how we started playing their new single "Afterlife" on my Saturday night show Crossroads, but the coolest part was I was able to let them know they inspired my Twitter handle! a lot of people think that I just like to deep sea dive or go swimming, but my twitter ID, @UnderwaterBrett actually came from the Switchfoot song on their album "The Legend of Chin" called Underwater. i remember hearing that song for the first time ever on a cassette tape sampler from the Christian bookstore FOREVER ago and loved it. it's become one of my favorite tunes of all time (plus, has a really awesome keyboard solo) and definitely my favorite Switchfoot song.
