Thoughts while pedaling...too afraid

I've been trying to lose weight since the beginning of the year and for the last six months every two weeks I would step on the scale and see...nothing...no change..zip..nada...nope... So I changed the diet even more...now eating spinach
 shakes twice a week...fish twice a week...oatmeal everyday with blueberries...biking twice a week...running three times a week... and working out with weights... that is a lot of of time and effort..so you would think that with this regimen that I have dedicated my life to you would think that i would be anticipating stepping on the scale...so I did... and nothing...zip..nada... still the same...I will not be stepping on the scale again...
