Now onto phaze three of the Ideal Protein Diet from the guys over at Nutrition World at 153 and Lee hwy... all veggies and protein and thats it... ... and it has paid off... as the weekly updates continue last week down to 153... the weight goal as acheived and as I move on to the protocol.....as I say hello and welcome back to an old friend... Steel Cut oats and peanut butter!!!
