I stepped on the scale and I gained 3 lbs.
and Beth freaked out... and her being very very analytical... she came up with
a formula to find out which foods are making me gain the weight...she devised a
diet that has two constants and one variable... and now according to her I will
be eating oatmeal and blueberries for breakfast every day  and the
smelliest concoction of black beans, broccoli and barley for lunch every day
until she can put together a spreadsheet of dietary restrictions that keeps my weight
at 160...
