The Power of Touch

Yesterday evening, Amy and I took Oakley and went walking in the Chickamauga Battlefield Park.

I parked the vehicle, and got out.  Amy took Oakley for a little potty break and I put my iphone in my sweatshirt pocket and hooked my headphones up.

Amy walked back over after Oakley was "finished," and we started walking, with me holding the dogs leash.  Before I could reach into my pocket and turn my music on-Amy reached over and grabbed my hand.  There we were walking along hand in hand, both of us with our earbuds in our ears, only I wasn't listening to any music!

It felt so good holding my wifes hand that I didn't want to let go and turn on my music.  So I just walked for about a mile and a half with my earbuds on and no music....well.....except the music in my heart!
