For the first time riders: there will be a 10 mile family fun ride along with a 18 mile ride. For the leisurely cyclist: a comfortable 25 mile ride starting and looping around back to the Start Finish Line. For the more adventurous riders, choose 62 or 100 mile courses traveling along the beautiful country roads of North Georgia. All of the routes feature full service rest stops with refreshments, mechanical supports, restrooms, and medical teams. When you cross the finish line, recharge with a lunch or dinner, a health & wellness village, massage therapy, music, and entertainment.

Knoxville diners will soon be treated to a special week of great meals for the benefit of Second Harvest Food Bank.

During Knoxville Restaurant Week, February 26-March 2 local restaurants will offer three-course meals at $25 or $35 fixed prices, with a portion of the dinner price going to help feed the hungry.

Diners are encouraged to go the Knoxville Restaurant Week website, http://www.knoxvillerestaurantweek.com, and choose a participating restaurant and then call or e-mail the restaurant directly to make a reservation for this special week.

Participating restaurants are donating $5 from every fixed price meal to Second Harvest Food Bank.
