you know how you can tell warm weather is back in the tennessee valley? old guys in shorts. they always seem to be the last to transition from the pantaloons to their shorter legged brethren. this final sign that spring is here is made even more obvious by the blaring shine from the pasty white legs exposed to the sunlight for the first time in months.
not to say that spring is not welcome, cause it is! i love throwing frisbee outside in 80 degree weather or riding my bike to get groceries. folks, it is time to transition out of those baggy jeans and long sleeved button-ups, into shorts and t-shirts to fully embrace the new season...just wish some men would transition a little slower.
...and maybe start wearing those shorts exclusively in their own private backyards before taking them out in public where people can be blinded.
