well i broke my right hand again! i thought i had broken about it about three weeks back when i threw a frisbee during a game of ultimate. you see, my hand squared off with an opponents knee and his knee won in a one round knockout decision. no contest. well, i played for three weeks hoping that it was just sore and not anything more despite needing to tape my fingers together to avoid pain when throwing a frisbee.
last night did it though! finishing up a game before i had to leave for basketball, i dove after a disc for a score and while i caught it, my hand came up purple/blue and "funny feeling". still today, there's a post-bruise redness surrounding my right hand ring finger, but no pain at least. i'll find out Monday (the doctor couldn't see me until then) if it's broken for sure, but this would make the second time, in this exact location, that ultimate frisbee has broken this hand.
haha, and yet i still haven't learned my lesson. go figure!
