Happy New Year!

It was great to be back on the Morning Show today. I actually woke up about 30 minutes before my alarm went off. I hope you have a great Christmas/New Years season with your family. We did. Suprised that my boys still have another week off from school (Catoosa County). Lauren will go back to Bryan College next week also. Today I head home and take down the Christmas tree and the rest of the Christmas lights, then to the Sports Barn to get Fit by JFEST! Why don't you join me!
