And God said......"Let there be light..."

Well, the fluorescent light ballasts have been changed....I didn't burn down the house or get electocuted! My dad would have been proud!

I am not the most handy guy to have around the house when it comes to fixing things. That gene skipped right over me....my dad tried hard to teach me and make it stick but it just wasn't in my DNA.

I don't think my dad ever took a car to a mechanic. He never hired an electrician or plumber or contractor for that matter. He built our garage, wired anything that needed to and could fix just about anything. Me? Thank God I have a lot of handy friends!!!!

But I did manage to change out the ballasts on two light fixtures, (thanks to a couple of phone calls to Derek our JFEST electrician!!!)

But hey, we can see now in the kitchen and in Amy's closet!!!!!
