Now that I have gone into complete despondency about working out
for two months and not losing one single pound I am going to try
something different.... I'm going to give up my mid morning snack
of kashi bar and replace it with two hard boiled eggs. Now I'm
going to miss the caffeine rush but it sure will be a rush when I
start losing those pounds!
