Thoughts while pedaling...Appreciation

This is probably the only good thing i can think of that comes out of this autumnal season...today starts pastor appreciation month..ans I tell ya If it wasn't for my pastor Frank Friedmann at grace life fellowship in baton rouge I definitely would not be standing before you yakking on the radio... truth be told i'd probably be in an insane asylum... it was through the working of the holy spirit that Frank invited me to a weekend retreat where I was set free of a demon...yes amen...
