The Ironman is back in Chattanooga! Saturday, September 23, kicks off with United Healthcare Ironkids Chattanooga Fun Run at Ross's Landing at 9 am.

If you would like to see the Ironman athletes in person you can see the following:

For Swim- You can watch the entire swim from the Chattanooga Riverwalk, which runs parallel to the watchery course.

For Bike- Ross's Landing down to Chickamauga

For Run- There will be plenty of viewing areas on its two- loop course. For those who want to relax transition area, Ross's Landing offers greenspace and several water features.

Lastly, if you would like to track your athlete, it is available only on race day. Go to ironman.cm, click Live Coverage at the top of the page and select the correct race. Select Athlete Tracker and search by bib number+ or last name. For more information about the Little Debbie Ironman, visit www.ironman.com.

At the Chattanooga Market, the wings are the things. Come to the Chattanooga Market's Scenic City Wings at the First Tennessee Pavillion, 1829 Carter Street. The Market will be from 11 am- 4 pm Sunday, September 24. Admission is free however, for two samples from each competitor.

The Hamilton County fair is this weekend at Chester Frost Park. Parking will be at Northgate mall on Highway 153 or at Middle Valley Recreation Center. The event starts at 10 am - 6 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Admission is $6 for adults, $4 ages 3-12 includes cost of shuttle ride.

If you want to see some dogs catching Frisbees in your mouth, this weekend is the time for the Hyperflite Skyhoundz World Canine Disc Championships. Admission is free and it is at Coolidge Park, 200 River Street. Qualifying rounds begins at 9 am Friday- Sunday.
