If your child has ever come up to you and say, you know what Mom I think I wanna play the drums… I would encourage you not to shutter and hold your head in your hands… I would encourage you to do what my mom did when I said those exact words when I was in fifth grade… She took me to a drum clinic… Let me in pre-introduced to the wonderful world of drumming, which I still do this day, just give me a pair of sticks and I go off… But if your child is curious about playing the drums
