And you made them just like me, when you were a kid, you always had to be learning,,, when I was Ten, I would ride my bike to the library which was about 3 miles away, and I would spend all day, going through art books, encyclopedias, old newspapers… I meant we didn’t have the Internet back then so… And I think that voracious appetite to know got me where I am today, and if your child wants to learn, I’d encourage you to take them to a cool place to do it, cool as an experience and cool as in temperature… The Chattanooga library summer reading programs back, and it’s happening at all the libraries around Chattanooga… And just for signing up you get a book bag, journal in a few other cool things to, and your child can keep track of their reading by how many minutes they’ve read… And they get a badge for it… Plus as a mom you can hang with other moms that are experiencing the same things.
