I don’t know about you, but I always need to lose a wee bit of weight before Thanksgiving… For some reason, I pile on the pounds after the massive candy grab… So it’s time to start eating very healthy food again in season... Japanese sweet potatoes… You may be like me: regular orange sweet potatoes have that bitter, chalky taste. These Japanese sweet potatoes have a lovely and tangy flavor. You just have a smidge of butter, a little olive oil, and some seasoning like Mrs. Dash, and it will be a new taste to the tongue… I like it because it’s low in calories, and one medium fills me up.
