Yeah, me too. I call it “portion control”—until the fifth one disappears.
Those little wrappers add up fast! Turns out, four and a half Hershey Kisses or twenty-three M&Ms equal a hundred calories.
That means those “tiny treats” are sneakier than a cat in a candy bowl.
No shame, though—it’s all about balance.
So this Halloween, I’m keeping the fun size, but trying to keep the “fun” from turning into “funky” on the scale.
