Zach Wyatt has served as the Director of Youth Leader Collective since 2016, where he focuses on connecting, coaching, and caring for youth pastors. With a heart for encouragement and a passion for building gospel-centered community, Zach creates spaces where leaders can grow together through authentic relationships and shared ministry. Prior to his role with YLCo, he spent 16 years in student ministry and continues to invest in the local church as the Discipleship Pastor at Mile Straight Baptist. Zach and his wife, April, have been married since 2003 and have two sons, Noah and Eli.
